Refund policy

Most of our products are handmade, and our candles are hand poured in small batches.  All candles, macrame, and other items identified in the description as custom or handmade are non-refundable.  All sales are final.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  All damages must be reported within two business days of receipt and accompanied by pictures.  Damaged or defective product will be replaced, or store credit issued.

Non-Returnable Items

 All candles, macrame, and other items identified in the description as custom or handmade are non-returnable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
