Macrame items are from 100% cotton cord. We use as much recycled cord as we can get our hands on to divert cotton waste from landfills. We use wood, or metal supports depending on the design. Even our packaging is compostable or recyclable!
Our products are handmade. We make and ship in the order we receive. Larger items and orders can take more time to fill.
We do our best to get most orders out within 4-8 weeks. At peak production that time may be as long as 12-16 weeks.
Due to the nature of our business and the time it takes to craft handmade items, unless identified in the product description as returnable, all items are final sale and non-returnable or refundable.
Defective, damaged, or lost items will be replaced or store credit eligible if reported with pictures within the allotted timeframe.
